ORDER AND DELIVERY
Lingerie Emma reserves the right to modify its delivery rates at any time and without notice. However, the fees indicated on your detailed invoice will remain applicable.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address and the availability of items. After processing your order, you will receive a notification by email, as well as your Canada Post tracking number as soon as it is in their possession.
A delay of 1 to 7 business days is required to finalize your order before shipping.
Cancellation or modification of the order
Unfortunately, it is impossible to cancel or modify an order once submitted. However, you can contact us to make a return by mail as soon as you receive your package.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking and delivery information. We mainly collaborate with Canada Post, which offers delivery in 2 to 4 business days. We cannot accommodate specific carrier requests.
Non-receipt of an order marked as “Delivered”
If the tracking indicates that your order has been “Delivered”, but you have not received it, please wait up to 5 business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us for investigation. You may also contact the carrier directly to further the search.
Refund of delivery charges
The initial delivery fees and those incurred for returns are not refundable.
