The Bonbon model is meticulously crafted from recycled cotton fibers sourced from discarded textiles. By giving new life to these materials, we reduce waste and celebrate the beauty of second chances. I fell in love with this cheerful neon design—perfectly on-trend for summer.
Each Balmy towel is handwoven in Turkey using premium fabrics and will become softer and more absorbent with every wash. This means you can use it as much as you like—it only gets better with time!
Bamboo fabric is the softest you’ll ever touch—so soft, in fact, you’ll want to sleep in it. It also has antimicrobial properties known as “Bamboo Kun.” These natural antimicrobial bio-agents help reduce bacteria growth on both the fabric and human skin. Bamboo can also absorb up to three times its weight in water, making it incredibly absorbent while still drying quickly.
Premium Turkish cotton is woven with longer fibers, giving it the perfect balance of absorbency and softness, making it the best cotton to use in towels. This unique material also becomes softer, fluffier, and more absorbent with every wash. As if that wasn’t enough, sand doesn’t stick to it and it dries extremely fast.

[tab name='Repairing a Fringe']
You washed and dried your new Turkish towel, but noticed some fringes have come undone? It may seem like a big problem—but don’t worry.
Turkish towels have been around long before washing machines and dryers were invented. A gentle cycle and low heat drying can help preserve the cotton and the fringes, but sometimes the fringes may still come undone.
Remember, Turkish towel fringes are handmade and can easily be repaired by hand with the right technique. Here are 4 simple steps to help you.
As you use your Turkish towel, the fringes may loosen or unravel over time. To prevent knots from coming undone, check the fringes before washing and tighten any loose knots if needed.
FOLLOW THESE 4 STEPS:
1. Separate the threads into two equal sections. Twist each section counter-clockwise.
2. Twist the two sections together clockwise.
3. Tie a firm knot at the end.
4. You're done. Repeat as needed for each unraveled fringe.
