At Lingerie Emma, your comfort is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days after receiving your package to make a return. In case of manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service at [email protected].
For purchases made in-store, we will be happy to offer you a second fitting session and an exchange if necessary. Please note that in-store purchases are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds. For any questions, please contact [email protected].
Refund Process
- We will inspect the merchandise upon receipt to confirm its eligibility for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A fixed fee of $10 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- The refund will appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in new, undamaged, clean, and odor-free condition.
- All products must be returned with their original tags.
- Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Instructions
- Ensure that the item is eligible for return.
- Repack the desired product to be returned with the invoice.
- Clearly indicate the reason for the return.
- Drop off your package at any Canada Post branch or return it directly to the store.
- The return label and payment of return fees will be handled at the post office.
