Clean and thoroughly dry your skin (no cream or oil).

Remove the protective film, center the nipple cover over the nipple, then gently press to ensure proper adhesion.

For optimal hold, slightly warm them before application.

Gently peel off the insert, starting from the upper edge, and slowly remove it from your chest.

Repeat the same process on the other side.

The adhesive pads should be cleaned gently by hand.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Use lukewarm water and mild soap.

Gently use the pads of your fingers to clean the adhesive, avoiding any contact with your nails.

Carefully shake the adhesive pad to remove excess water, and allow it to air dry in a dust-free area.

Once your adhesive pad is dry, reapply the protective films and store it in the box, away from direct sunlight.
