Step 1: Measure your under-chest

1. Place the tape measure just below your chest. Make sure the tape measure is placed horizontally around your torso, and that it is at the same height at the front and back. Relax your arms at your sides and breathe normally.

2. Slightly tighten the tape measure and round up or down to the nearest number (e.g. if you measured 72.8 cm, round up to 73 cm; if you measured 72.2 cm, round up to 72 cm).
