The Anita Sequitex Trapez 1045X partial compensating form is an ideal solution for concealing volume deficits and restoring breast symmetry after breast-conserving surgery, breast reconstruction, or in cases of size difference.
Ambidextrous and suitable for both sides, it is made from particularly soft, hypoallergenic silicone that feels gentle and comfortable against the skin. Its breathable microfiber lining helps regulate temperature and ensures optimal everyday comfort.
The extremely thin, tapered edges guarantee a natural transition to the skin, while an opening at the back allows for personalized filling with the included medical cotton wool. This compensating form is easy and intuitive to use, providing discreet comfort and renewed confidence.

Care Guide
Gentle daily care helps preserve the shape, softness and durability of your breast form.
Wash gently
Wash by hand in lukewarm water using a breast-form cleanser or a mild, fragrance-free soap.
Handle with care
Use your fingertips only. Avoid brushes, sharp nails, alcohol, solvents, oils and talcum powder.
Rinse and dry
Rinse thoroughly, then pat dry with a soft towel. Do not wring, twist or expose to direct heat.
Store properly
Place the breast form in its original cradle or box, away from sunlight, heat and sharp objects.

How to determine your size
Wear a suitable bra
Wear a well-fitting post-mastectomy bra, preferably without underwire and without padding.
Measure your underbust
Place the tape directly under the bust. Keep it horizontal, snug against the body, and loose enough to breathe normally.
Measure the bust
Measure from the spine to the sternum, passing over the fullest part of the natural breast. Double this measurement to get the full bust circumference.
Compare symmetry
Try the prosthesis in the bra pocket, then check the balance from the front and side.

Choosing the prosthesis shape
Triangular shape
Offers balanced distribution and is suitable for many body types. Some models can be worn on either the left or right side.
Asymmetrical shape
Features an extension towards the armpit to better compensate for tissue removed from the side. Choose the left or right version.
Round or oval shape
Suitable for more targeted compensation and can be used in different orientations.
Breast shaper
Designed to correct asymmetry after breast-conserving surgery, reconstruction, or a natural difference in volume.

Full compensation
Designed to replace breast volume after a full mastectomy.
Partial compensation
Helps balance the figure when some breast tissue is still present.
Lightweight model

How to recognize a good fit
From the front
Both sides should have a natural height and volume, without obvious differences under clothing.
From the side
The projection should closely resemble that of the natural breast and follow the silhouette harmoniously.
In the bra
The prosthesis should fill the cup without creating gaps, overflow, or excessive pressure.
On the shoulders
The straps should remain comfortable and both sides of the bra should appear balanced.
