Measure your underbust
Place the tape directly under the breasts. Keep it horizontal, snug against the body, without pulling it too tight.
Measure your bust
Place the tape over the fullest part of the bust, usually at the level of the nipples, without compressing the breasts.
Measure your waist
Place the tape horizontally around the narrowest part of your waist, without sucking in your stomach.
Measure your hips
Place the tape horizontally around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

How to recognize a good fit
