How to recognize a good fit
The band
It should sit at the same level as the cups. You should be able to fit about two fingers between the bra and your back.
The cups
The breasts should be completely enclosed in the cups, without spilling over or leaving gaps.
The straps
They should be adjusted without digging into the shoulders or sliding off.
The underwire and center gore
The underwire should surround the breasts without lifting, and the center gore should lie flat against the sternum.
Sister sizes
If the band is too tight, go up one band size and down one cup size. If it is too loose, go down one band size and up one cup size.
