Measure your underbust
Place the tape measure directly under the bust. Keep it horizontal and snug against the body, without pulling it too tight.
Measure your bust
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of the bust, at the height of the nipples, without compressing it.
Measure your waist
Place the tape measure around your natural waistline, generally the narrowest part of the torso.
Measure your hips
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
