How to take your measurements
Measure your chest
Place the tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest, without compressing it.
Measure your waist
Bend slightly to the side to find the natural crease, then measure the narrowest part of your waist.
Measure your hips
Stand straight with your heels together, then measure the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Measure your torso length
Start at the top of one shoulder, go down over the fullest part of the chest, through the legs, and back up the back to the starting point.

Choosing based on the type of swimsuit
One-piece swimsuit
Use the chest, waist, hips, and especially the torso length. Choose the larger size if your measurements fall into several columns.
Bikini top
Choose primarily according to your chest circumference and the cup depth, when indicated.
Bikini bottom
Use mainly your hip measurement. The size should neither roll down nor compress the body.
Tankini
Choose according to your chest circumference, then check the waist and hips for a comfortable fit.
Sculpting model
The fabric should hug the body firmly and evenly without causing pain or limiting movement.
Beachwear
Use the alphabetical sizes and choose according to your largest measurement to maintain a flowing fit.
How to recognize a good fit
The chest
The chest should be fully covered, without overflowing or empty space in the cups.
The torso
The swimsuit should stay in place without pulling on the shoulders or sagging excessively at the crotch.
The waist
