How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape directly under your bust. Keep it horizontal and firmly adjusted, without pulling it too tight.
Measure your overbust
Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust, without compressing the breasts.
Measure your waist
Place the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist, without sucking in your stomach.
Measure your hips
Measure the fullest part of your hips and buttocks while keeping the tape horizontal.

The breasts should be centered and enveloped without spilling over the top edge of the cups.

The breasts should remain stable despite a lower center gore. The underwires should not rest on the breasts.
Moulded Bra
The cups should remain smooth under clothing without gaping or compressing the breasts.
Sports Bra
The back band should be firm and stable. The breasts should be supported without painful compression.
Bralette
Use the table corresponding to the collection, as equivalents differ between Fancies, Snapshot, and Erin.
Bikini Top
Use your usual Freya bra size when the top has a back band and cup.
One-piece Swimsuit
Compare your bust and hips. Choose the size corresponding to the fullest part.
