How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape measure flat directly under the bust. Keep it horizontal and snug against the body, without pulling it too tight.

Determine your bra size
Find your underbust measurement in the header, then your bust measurement in the corresponding cup row. The Canadian size appears before the French size.

How to recognize a good fit
The band
It should sit at the same level as the cups. You should be able to fit about two fingers between the bra and your back.
The cups
The breasts should be completely enclosed in the cups, without spilling over or leaving gaps.
The straps
They should be adjusted without digging into the shoulders or sliding off.
The underwire and center gore
The underwire should surround the breasts without lifting, and the center gore should lie flat against the sternum.
