How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape measure directly under your bust. Keep it horizontal and snug against your body without pulling it too tight.
Measure your bust
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, at the height of your nipples, without compressing the breasts.
Measure your low waist
Place the tape measure horizontally at the level of your hip bones, without pulling it tight.
Measure your hips
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Determine your back size
Find your underbust measurement in the first row. The Canadian size appears before the French size.

Choosing by bra type
Full-cup bras
The cup should completely enclose the breast without spillage or empty space.
Balconette bras
The cut reveals the upper part of the chest while keeping the breasts well-centered.
Plunge bras
The bridge is lower. The underwires should surround the chest without pressing on the breasts.
Molded and spacer bras
The shell should contour the breast without folds, empty spaces, or spillage.
Non-wired bras
The back band should remain horizontal and provide comfortable support without compressing.
Bandeau bras
The back band should be snug enough to keep the bra securely in place.
How to recognize a good fit
The back band
It remains horizontal and firmly in place without riding up the back or compressing the skin.
The cups
The breast is entirely enclosed, without spillage, folds, or empty space.
The straps
They remain comfortable without slipping or leaving deep marks on the shoulders.
The bridge and underwires
The bridge rests against the sternum and the wires surround the chest without pressing on the breasts.
