How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape directly under the breasts. Keep it horizontal, snug against the body, without pulling it too tight.
Measure your bust
Place the tape over the fullest part of the bust, usually at the level of the nipples, without compressing the breasts.
Measure your waist
Place the tape horizontally around the narrowest part of your waist, without sucking in your stomach.
Measure your hips
Place the tape horizontally around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Underwire bras
Choose based on your underbust and bust measurements. The wires should surround the breasts completely without applying pressure.
Non-wired bras
Start with your usual size. The band should provide stable support while remaining comfortable.
Molded and spacer bras
The cup should fit the breast naturally without gaps, wrinkling, or compression.
Plus-size bras
Check the band support, side coverage, and full encirclement of the bust.
Panties and shapewear

How to recognize a good fit
The band
It should remain horizontal and in place, without riding up your back or digging into the skin.
The cups
The breasts should be entirely enclosed, without spilling over, wrinkling, or having empty space.
The straps
They should stay comfortable and in place, without slipping or leaving deep marks.
The center gore and wires
The center gore should rest comfortably against the sternum. The wires should surround the breasts without pressing into them.
