How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape directly under your bust. Measure close to your body, without leaving a gap and without hindering your breathing.
Measure your bust
Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust, generally at the height of the nipples.
Measure your waist
Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of your natural waist, without pulling in your stomach.
Measure your hips
Place the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Non-wired bra

Sports bra

Molded bra
The cup should completely envelope the bust without any gaps, spillage, or wrinkling.
Bodysuit
Use your back size, cup, waist, and hip measurements to achieve a balanced fit.
Briefs or shapewear
Choose based on your waist and hip measurements. The material should smooth the silhouette without hindering breathing.
How to recognize a good fit
The back band
It must remain horizontal and provide the bulk of the support without riding up the back.
The cups
The bust should be fully enclosed, with no spillage, gaps, or compression.
The straps
They should remain comfortable without slipping or leaving deep marks on the shoulders.
The bridge
On an underwired bra, the bridge should rest against the sternum without pressing on the bust.
