How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape around your torso, directly under the bust. Ensure it stays horizontal across your back, snug against the body without being too tight.
Measure over the cup
While wearing a comfortable bra, measure horizontally over the cup, from one wire to the other, passing over the fullest part of the breast without flattening the chest.
Bras — find your Empreinte size
Locate your underbust measurement in the first column, then follow the row to your cup size. In each box, the first line indicates the Canada / France size, and the second line indicates the measurement over the cup.

Choosing by product type
Full-coverage bras
Choose your usual back size and a cup that fully encloses the breast without spilling over.
Balconette bras
The cut reveals more of the upper breast. The cup should provide support without cutting in or compressing.
Molded bras
The cup should fit the entire breast without gaps, wrinkles, or spillover.
Non-wired bras
The back band should remain horizontal and securely in place while offering a comfortable feel.
Swimwear
For optimal support, choose the top according to your bra size and the bottom according to your hip measurement.
Panties and shapewear
Choose the size corresponding to the fullest part of your hips; do not size down to accentuate the sculpting effect.
How to recognize a good fit
The back band
It remains horizontal, stable, and comfortable. It should neither ride up your back nor compress the skin.
The cups
The breast should be entirely enclosed, without spillover, gaps, or wrinkles in the cup.
The straps
They should remain comfortable, without sliding down or leaving deep marks on your shoulders.
The center gore and wires
The center gore should lie flat against the sternum, and the wires should surround the breast without pressing into the tissue.
