Measure your waist
Place the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist, without sucking in your stomach.
Measure your hips
Measure the fullest part of your hips and buttocks while keeping the tape horizontal.

Choosing by style
Full coverage bra
The cup should entirely envelop the breast without spilling over, leaving gaps, or pressing on the sides.
Balcony bra
