Care Guide
Gentle care helps preserve the support, shape and delicate details of your lingerie.
Hand wash whenever possible
Wash in cool or lukewarm water with a mild lingerie detergent. Gently clean without rubbing or twisting.
Protect delicate pieces
If machine washing is permitted, fasten hooks, place the item in a mesh bag and select the delicate cycle.
Avoid harsh products
Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as they may damage fibres, lace and elastics.
Air dry
Reshape gently and dry flat or hang away from direct sunlight. Avoid the dryer, iron and direct heat.

Size Guide
Find the size that offers you the best balance of softness, support, comfort, and freedom of movement.
How to take your measurements
Measure your waist
Place the tape horizontally around the narrowest part of your waist, without pulling it tight.
Measure your hips
Place the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep it perfectly horizontal.
Panties and bottoms
Use your hip measurement primarily to choose your size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Choosing by model
Bikini
Low-rise cut, discreet on the hips. Choose your regular panty size.
Classic panty
Offers balanced, everyday comfort coverage. Choose your regular size.
High-waisted panty
Covers more of the stomach and sits higher on the waist. Use your waist and hip measurements.
Boxer
Offers fuller coverage of the hips and buttocks. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
Thong
Higher-cut leg with reduced back coverage. Choose your regular size.
Girdle and shaping panty

Shaping bodysuit
Compare your waist, hips, and bust. Use the measurement corresponding to the largest size.
Camisole
Choose based on your waist and bust measurements. For a looser fit, choose the larger size.
Support levels
Light support
Gently smooths the silhouette while maintaining great freedom of movement.
Medium support
Provides a balanced shaping effect on the stomach, waist, and hips.
Firm support
Offers more structured support. The garment should remain comfortable and never restrict breathing.
Flexie Adapt
Some highly elastic models adapt to various body types. However, check the size range indicated on the product page.
Nightwear and loungewear
For nightwear, pajamas, and loungewear, choose your regular size. If you prefer a looser fit or if you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.
How to tell if it fits well
At the waist
The garment should stay in place without rolling, sliding down, or compressing the stomach.
At the hips
The leg openings should lie flat without cutting into the skin or creating deep marks.
At the back
The panty should properly cover the buttocks without riding up during movement.
For shaping models
The support should be uniform, comfortable, and allow you to breathe and move freely.
