How to measure
Measure your waist
Place a flexible tape measure just below your navel, where the waistband of your garment would normally rest. Keep it parallel to the floor.
Measure your inseam
Measure along the inside of your leg, from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg or garment.
Measure your chest
Place the tape under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal.
