How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape measure snug directly under the bust. Keep it horizontal and parallel to the floor.
Measure your bust
Place the tape measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring you can breathe normally.
Measure your low waist
Place the tape measure at the hip bone level, without compressing the body.
Measure your hips
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Determine your back size
Measure your rib cage firmly directly under the bust. Round to the nearest whole number.

The cups

The straps

The underwires
They should completely surround the breast and rest against the body without pressing into breast tissue.
Panties, shapewear, and swimsuit bottoms
Measure your low waist at the hip bone, then measure the fullest part of your hips.

Choosing by product type
Full-coverage bras
Ensure the entire breast is fully enclosed and the top of the cup rests flat without cutting into the breast.
Plunge bras
The lower center gore must remain stable against the sternum and the breasts must remain well contained.
Molded bras
The cup should hug the breast without gapping, wrinkling, or compression.
Wireless bras
The back band should provide the bulk of the support while remaining comfortable.
Panties and shapewear
Choose based on your largest measurement. Do not size down to achieve more compression.
Bodysuits
Start with your bra size, then check the waist and hip measurements.
Swimwear tops
For models with cup sizes, use your usual PrimaDonna bra size.
One-piece swimsuits
Check bust, low waist, and hips. If you are between sizes, choose the larger measurement.
