Measure your underbust
Place the tape directly under your bust. Keep it level and firmly fitted, without pulling it too tight.
Measure your bust
Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust without compressing it.
Measure your waist
Place the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist without pulling in your stomach.
Measure your hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat while keeping the tape level.

How to recognize a good fit
The centre gore
It should lie flat against the sternum without lifting away from the body or creating uncomfortable pressure.
The band
It should remain firm and level, in line with the underwires. You should be able to slide about two fingers beneath the band.
The cups
They should fully contain the bust without spilling at the top or sides and without loose fabric.
The straps
They should remain comfortable and secure without slipping, digging into the shoulders, or carrying all the weight of the bust.
The underwires
They should surround the bust and rest against the body without sitting on breast tissue or digging under the arms.
Swimwear
The fabric should stay securely in place without rolling or pulling. The cups and band should provide the same support as your lingerie.
Choosing by style
Plunge bra
The bust should remain centred and fully contained, even with a lower centre gore.
Full-cup bra
Choose a cup that fully contains the bust and provides good stability at the sides.
Moulded bra
The cups should remain smooth and follow the shape of the bust without wrinkling or gaping.
Strapless bra
The band should be firm enough to keep the bra in place without the help of straps.
Bikini top
Use your usual Elomi bra size when the style is offered with a band and cup size.
Tankini and one-piece swimsuit
Compare your bust and hip measurements. Use the size that corresponds to the fuller area.
