How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Without pulling tight, place the tape measure just under the bust. Keep it perfectly horizontal and at the same height in the front and back.
Measure your bust
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, at the nipple level, without compressing your breasts.
Determine your bra size
Find your underbust measurement in the first column, then your bust measurement in the corresponding row. The Canadian size is shown before the French size.
