Find the size that will provide precise support, lasting comfort, and a perfectly adjusted silhouette.

How to take your measurements

Measure your underbust

Place the tape measure directly under the bust. Keep it horizontal and snug against the body, without pulling it too tight.

Measure your bust

Place the tape measure around the fullest part of the bust, at the height of the nipples, without compressing it.

Measure your waist

Place the tape measure around your natural waistline, generally the narrowest part of the torso.

Measure your hips

Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Wacoal Tip: Take your measurements while wearing a comfortable, non-padded bra. Stand up straight and breathe normally.

Wacoal uses Canadian and American sizing. The general collection covers band sizes from 30 to 46 and cup sizes from B to K. The combinations offered vary by style.

Choosing by product type

Full-coverage bras

The cup should fully encase the breast without spilling over or leaving gaps.

Minimizing bras

Choose your usual size. The cup should distribute the bust comfortably without compressing it.

Molded and spacer bras

The cup should mold to the breast without folds, gaps, or spillage.

Wire-free bras

The band should remain horizontal and provide stable support without constriction.

Sports bras

Choose the size that holds the bust close to the body while allowing you to breathe freely.

Post-mastectomy bras

Check the cup size, pocket placement, and band fit according to the prosthesis being worn.

Panties and shapewear

Choose your size based on your fullest measurement. Do not size down to increase the sculpting effect.

Loungewear and sleepwear

Use the corresponding clothing size and your waist and hip measurements for a comfortable fit.

How to recognize a good fit

The band

It remains horizontal, stable, and comfortable without riding up the back.

The cups

The bust is fully encased without spillage, wrinkles, or gaps.

The straps

They stay comfortable without sliding or leaving deep marks on the shoulders.

The center gore and underwires

The center gore rests against the sternum, and the underwires surround the breast without pressing into it.
