How to take your measurements
Measure your height

Use your current weight in kilograms and compare it with your height to choose your tights or stockings.
Measure your waist
Place the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist, without tightening.

Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Choosing by product type
Classic tights
Use your height and weight. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Patterned tights
Avoid a size that is too small to ensure the pattern is not excessively stretched or distorted.
Shaping tights
Trasparenze generally recommends one size larger than your usual size to maintain comfort.
Curvy tights
Use waist and hip measurements. Also check the thigh circumference when this measurement appears on the product page.
Stay-up stockings
Between two sizes, opt for the smaller one to get a better hold on the thigh.
Stockings for suspender belts
Choose according to your height and weight. The stocking should sit comfortably without creating excessive tension.
Leggings
Choose your usual size or follow the numbered size indicated on the product page.
Ankle highs and socks
Check the shoe size or combined size listed on the product, as equivalents may vary.
How to identify a good fit
At the waist
The waistband should stay securely in place without rolling, slipping, or compressing the stomach.
At the crotch
The tights should pull up properly without sagging or creating a gap.
On the legs
The material should be distributed evenly, without folds or excessively stretched areas.
On the patterns
Patterns should maintain their shape and appearance without significant distortion.
For tights, generally choose the larger size. For stay-up stockings, choose the smaller one to promote better hold.
