How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape measure directly under your bust. Keep it horizontal and snug, without compressing.
Measure your bust
Measure the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape measure horizontal across your back.
Measure your waist
Place the tape measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, without pulling tight.
Measure your hips
Measure the fullest part of your hips and buttocks while keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
Determine your bra size
Find your underbust measurement in the first row, then move down to the row corresponding to your bust measurement.

Choosing based on product type
Underwired bra
The back band should remain horizontal and the wires should fully encircle the bust without resting on breast tissue.
Molded bra
The breasts should fill the cups without overflowing or leaving gaps. The cups should fit the bust naturally.
Non-wired bra
The underbust band should provide stable support without riding up the back or compressing.
Minimizer bra
Choose your usual size. The cup should fully cover the bust without excessively flattening it.
Mastectomy bra
Verify that the pockets hold the prostheses in place and that the underbust band remains comfortable.
Nursing bra
Choose a size that leaves enough room for the bust's natural variations without reducing support.
Panties and swimwear bottoms
Choose primarily based on your hip measurement. The edges should stay in place without leaving deep marks.
Girdle and shapewear
The fabric should smooth and support the silhouette while allowing you to breathe, sit, and move comfortably.
Bodysuit
Choose your bra size first, then verify that the fit is also appropriate for your waist and hips.
Bikini top
Use the same measurements as for a bra: underbust, bust, and cup depth.
How to recognize a good fit
The back band

The straps
They should remain comfortable without slipping or leaving deep marks on the shoulders.
The hips
