Find the size that will offer you the best balance of comfort, ease, and freedom of movement.

How to take your measurements

Measure your bust

Place the tape measure horizontally around the fullest part of your bust, without pulling it tight.

Measure your waist

Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of your natural waist, without sucking in your stomach.

Measure your hips

Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Check your preferred fit

For sleepwear and loungewear, consider the cut and the level of ease you prefer.

Tip: take your measurements while wearing light undergarments, stand straight, and breathe normally. The tape measure should remain horizontal and sit against your body without being too tight.

Sleepwear and loungewear

Compare your bust, waist, and hip measurements. If they fall into different columns, generally choose the size associated with your largest measurement.

Choosing by type of clothing

Pyjamas

Choose a size that allows for free movement. Check your bust measurement, hip measurement, and the ease of the trousers.

Nightgowns and sleepshirts

Use mainly your bust measurement. Also consider your hips for straight or fitted cuts.

Robes

Opt for a size that offers enough ease to wear the robe comfortably over your sleepwear.

Tops and camisoles

Choose based on your bust measurement and desired fit. If between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Trousers and shorts

Rely mainly on your waist and hip measurements. The waistband should remain comfortable without constricting.

Loungewear

For sets and lounge outfits, use the largest measurement among your bust, waist, and hips.

Choosing by your silhouette

A-Shape

Shoulders are narrower than hips. For trousers and clothing fitted at the hips, choose based on your hip measurement.

V-Shape

Shoulders or bust are more generous than hips. For tops and pyjamas, choose based on your bust measurement.

H-Shape

Shoulders, waist, and hips are relatively aligned. Straight and relaxed cuts generally offer a good fit.

X-Shape

Shoulders and hips are balanced with a defined waist. Choose a size that follows your curves without constricting the waist.

O-Shape

The midsection is more generous. Opt for soft cuts that offer enough ease at the waist.

Comfort Size cut

Some Ringella models offer an intentionally looser cut. Consult the product description before choosing a larger size.

How to recognize a good fit

At the bust

The fabric should fall naturally without pulling, gaping, or constricting the chest.

At the waist

The waistband should stay securely in place while allowing you to breathe and sit comfortably.

At the hips

The garment should offer enough space to walk, sleep, and move freely.

Between sizes

For more relaxed sleepwear or loungewear, generally choose the larger size.
