Size guide
Find the size that will offer you the best balance between support, comfort, and freedom of movement.
How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape measure straight and flat directly under the bust. It should be neither too tight nor too loose.
Measure your bust
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, passing over the nipples.
Measure your waist
Place the tape measure flat around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
Measure your hips and seat
Measure your hips at their widest point, then the seat at the fullest part of your buttocks.
Determine your bra size
Find your underbust measurement in the first row, then move down the column corresponding to your bust measurement. The Canadian size appears before the French size.
