Size Guide

Find the size that provides you with softness, ease, and comfort in your sleepwear and loungewear.

How to take your measurements

1

Measure your bust

Place the tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your bust. Keep it horizontal and slightly relaxed.

2

Measure your waist

Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually located slightly below the belly button.

3

Measure your hips

Stand with your feet together and measure the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below your natural waist.

4

Check the garment fit

Paper Label offers slim, regular, and oversized fits. Also, check the fit indications on the product page.

Tip: keep the tape parallel to the floor and comfortably relaxed. Do not pull it tight against your body.

Choosing by garment type

Tops and Camisoles

Choose primarily based on your bust measurement. For a more relaxed fit, size up.

Pants and Shorts

Use your waist and hip measurements. The garment should allow you to sit and move freely.

Dresses and Sleepwear

Compare all three measurements and choose based on the most fitted part of the style.

Robes and Cardigans

These styles usually offer more ease. Use your bust as your primary measurement.

Leggings

Choose based on waist and hips. The fabric should remain comfortable and opaque while moving.

Oversized Styles

The loose fit is intentional. Check the product page before sizing down.

How to recognize a good fit

At the bust

The garment should drape naturally without pulling across the chest or armholes.

At the waist

The band or waistband should stay comfortably in place without rolling or pinching.

At the hips

The fabric should follow your curves without creating tension creases or riding up while moving.

Length and ease

Check that the length and volume match the intended style, especially for pants and dresses.
