Choosing by type of tights
Sheer tights
Choose a size that allows the fabric to be distributed evenly on the legs, without excessively stretched areas.
Opaque tights
The tights should cover the leg evenly and pull up properly to the crotch without sliding down.
Shaping tights
The shaping part should stay securely in place without rolling or painfully compressing the waist or hips.
Patterned tights
An appropriate size helps preserve the consistent appearance of patterns, fishnets, and details throughout the leg.
How to recognize a good fit
At the waist
The waistband should stay comfortably in place without rolling, slipping, or leaving excessive marks on the skin.
On the legs
The fabric should be distributed evenly, without large folds or a marked difference in transparency.
At the crotch
The tights should pull up completely to the crotch without sliding down while moving.
At the feet
The toes should remain comfortable, without excessive tension or a large accumulation of fabric.
