Size Guide
Find the size that provides you with comfortable coverage and a perfectly adapted torso length.
How to take your measurements
Measure your bust
Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level.
Measure your waist
Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, without pulling the tape tight.
Measure your hips
Stand straight with your feet together, then measure the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Measure your torso length
Start at the top of one shoulder, go down over the bust, through the crotch, and back up the back to the starting point.

Choosing based on swimsuit type
Regular torso
Choose this cut if the regular length matches your torso loop measurement comfortably.
Long torso
Ideal when standard swimsuits pull at the shoulders, ride up at the crotch, or feel too short.
Extra long torso
Extra Long styles offer about 4 cm of additional length compared to the regular cut.
Shapewear
The fabric should hug the body firmly without causing pain or limiting your movement.
Swim dress
Choose based on bust, waist, and hips so that the skirt falls naturally.
Tankini
Choose the top based on your bust and the bottom based on your hip measurement when sold as separate pieces.
Supportive model
The bust should be fully enclosed and supported without spilling over or having gaps.
Post-mastectomy model
The pockets should hold the prostheses comfortably without shifting or excessive pressure.
How to recognize a good fit
Shoulders
The straps should remain comfortable without pulling down or digging deeply into the skin.
Torso
The swimsuit should stay securely in place without riding down at the crotch or creating excessive tension.
Bust
The bust should be fully enclosed, supported, and centered without spilling over.
Hips
The leg openings should hug the body without cutting into the skin or causing the suit to ride up.
Longitude recommends choosing the larger size. Torso length should also be verified to select between regular, long, or extra long cuts.
