Size Guide

Find the size that will offer you support, comfort, and freedom of movement in the water.

How to take your measurements

1

Measure your bust

Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust while keeping your arms relaxed.

2

Measure your waist

Place the tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist, without sucking in your stomach.

3

Measure your hips

Keep your feet together and measure the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

4

Measure your torso length

Starting at one shoulder, pass the tape over the bust, between the legs, and back up to the starting point.

Gabar Tip: take your measurements wearing minimal clothing and keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor.

Choosing by style

One-piece swimsuit

Compare your bust, waist, hips, and torso length. Choose the size that corresponds to your largest measurement.

C-cup swimsuit

Choose this cut if you need moderate room at the bust and your measurements match the C chart.

D-cup swimsuit

Choose this cut for more room, coverage, and support at the bust.

Swimsuit for lap swimming

The style should fit close to the body to minimize fabric movement in the water, without restricting the shoulders.

Shaping style

The fabric should smooth the silhouette without compressing, rolling, or restricting breathing.

Swim dress

Use your bust and hip measurements. The skirt should fall naturally without pulling at the hips.

Tankini

Choose the top according to your bust and the bottom according to your hip measurement.

Long torso style

Check the torso length. A style that is too short may pull on the shoulders or ride up in the crotch area.

How to recognize a good fit

At the bust

The bust should be covered and supported without spilling over or leaving gaps.

At the shoulders

The straps should remain comfortable without pulling, sliding, or digging into the skin.

At the waist

The fabric should stay in place without rolling or restricting breathing.

At the crotch

The swimsuit should neither ride up nor pull. Tension here can indicate the torso is too short.
