Size Guide
Find the size that will offer you the optimal balance of support, comfort, and freedom of movement.
How to take your measurements
Measure your underbust
Place the tape around your rib cage, directly under your bust. Keep it horizontal and parallel to the floor.
Measure your bust
Place the tape around the fullest part of your bust, without compressing it.
Determine your cup size
The difference between your bust measurement and your underbust measurement determines your cup depth.
Measure your waist and hips
Measure your natural waist, then the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Choosing by bra type
Unlined bra
Offers a natural shape, comfortable coverage, and good support without adding bulk.
Contour bra
Its molded cups create a smooth, rounded silhouette under clothing.
Wire-free bra
Prioritizes flexibility and comfort while supporting the bust with its underband.
Push-up bra
Lifts the bust and creates a deeper neckline. The cup should encompass the breast without spilling over.
Balconette bra
Offers an open neckline and enhanced shape. The wires should fully surround the breast.
Convertible bra
Allows for multiple strap positions. Check the band fit every time the configuration is changed.
Lounge bra
Features a soft fit suitable for daily wear. The band should remain stable without compressing the body.
Sports bra
Choose the level of support based on your activity: light, medium, or high.
How to recognize a good fit
The back band
The band should remain horizontal and securely in place. Start with the loosest hooks.
The cups
The breast should be fully contained, without spilling over or leaving empty space in the cups.
The underwires
They should surround the breast and rest against the body without pressing into breast tissue.
The straps
They should remain comfortable and well-positioned without slipping or leaving deep marks.
Sister sizes
If the back band is too tight, go up one band size and down one cup size. If it is too loose, go down one band size and up one cup size.
| Tighter back | Starting size | Looser back |
|---|---|---|
| 38DDD | 40DD | 42D |
