Choose the size and type of inserts that best suit your bust, your outfit, and the desired effect.
Choosing your BOOMBA insert size
Use your usual bra size as a starting point. When the model offers a size corresponding directly to the cup, choose the cup size you normally wear.

Inserts available in Small and Medium
Certain insert models, including specific versions of the Demi Boost and Invisible Lift, are grouped into two sizes.

Choosing based on the desired effect
High boost effect
Double-padded inserts can add up to about two cup sizes, depending on the bust and the garment.
Boost effect
Padded inserts can add about one cup size while pushing the bust together and lifting it.
Natural effect
Lightly padded models lift the bust while maintaining a more natural shape.
No added volume
Non-padded inserts are designed to lift and stabilize the bust without adding significant volume.
Choosing based on your outfit
Plunging neckline
Opt for a narrow shape or an insert designed to remain invisible near the center of the neckline.
Backless garment
Double-sided inserts or an adhesive bra provide support without a back band.
Fitted top
Choose a garment that is structured enough to hold the inserts against the bust. BOOMBA inserts are not designed to be worn alone.
Swimwear
Some BOOMBA inserts can be used in water. Always check the model-specific instructions before use.
How to use the inserts
Prepare your skin
Skin must be clean, completely dry, and free of lotion, oil, perfume, or perspiration.
Position the inserts
Stick the inserts inside the garment first, then put on the garment.
Lift the bust
With one hand, lift your bust to the desired position. With the other, press the garment and the insert firmly against the bust.
Check the fit
Ensure the edges are discreet and that both sides are placed at the same height.
Care and precautions
Removal
Gently remove each insert, starting from the outer edge. Do not pull sharply on the skin.
Cleaning
Gently hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not use your fingernails on the adhesive surface.
Drying
Let air dry in a clean, dust-free area. Do not place inserts in the dryer.
Storage
Replace the protective films once the inserts are dry, then store them away from direct sunlight.
