How to measure yourself correctly:

To obtain the most accurate measurements, it's best to wear a well-fitting bra without a cup or push-up effect when measuring. An unlined bra provides light support without distorting the measurement.

Underbust width

Measure directly below the bust (see area 2 in the illustration). Make sure the tape measure is as tight as possible.

Chest circumference

To determine your cup size, measure your bust circumference at the fullest part of your breasts—usually at nipple level (see area 1 in the illustration). The tape measure should fit loosely and not cut into your breasts.

Bra size

First, find the column with your underbust measurement in the chart—for example, a circumference of 94 cm corresponds to size 95. Then, scroll down this column to your measured bust measurement, for example, 118 cm. This gives you size 95F.

Panty size

Typically, your panty size is your regular clothing size. If you want to be absolutely sure, first measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso (see area 3) and then your hips at the fullest part of your buttocks (see area 4 in the illustration). Find both your waist and hip measurements in the chart. For example, if your measurements are 88 cm waist and 104 cm hips, choose the middle size—in this case, size 44 .
